About Team:
The eGlobal Support Team provides first‑level application support to the WTW business community, ensuring timely issue resolution and a consistent service experience. The team brings expert knowledge of eGlobal and related applications to support business operations effectively. Key responsibilities include maintaining clear documentation of core support processes, participating in the analysis and testing of new application services,
and coordinating with external suppliers to deliver agreed support services. The team also manages proactive and effective communication with business stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and confidence in eGlobal application support.

• Provide Expert knowledge of specific applications to the WTW Business community
• Documentation of key support processes.
