Position Details
Title: Facilities Executive
Business Unit: Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)
Reporting To: Assistant Manager / Manager - Facilities
Client Stakeholder: TBD
Direct Reports: Nil
Location: BANGALORE, KA (On-site)
Shifts : Rotational including Night
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48 Hours
Role Overview
The Facilities Executive will support the day-to-day operations of the facility by ensuring smooth delivery of workplace services, maintaining operational records, coordinating with vendors, and providing a safe, clean, and efficient workplace environment. The role requires close interaction with occupants, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence and compliance with client expectations.
