About this role:
• This is a hands-on technical leadership role, not just managing projects
• Must actively drive architecture decisions, establish AI engineering standards, mentor engineers, challenge conventional thinking, and continually raise the technical bar
• Has a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions
• deep expertise across Generative AI, Machine Learning, Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI orchestration, and modern AI application development
• Must be deeply engaged with the AI ecosystem — actively evaluating emerging models, frameworks, tools, research,



and engineering practices, and bringing those innovations into the org to create measurable business value (not just generally aware of trends).
• Should define the offshore AI Engineering Center of Excellence (COE), working closely with counterpart in US and Delivery teams from India
• Candidate should be actively leading a team of 10+ AI engineers in his latest / current role
