Job requirementsExperience Range: At least 7 to 10 years of experience, including substantial hands-on expertise in Salesforce Lightning architecture and application development Key Responsibilities:
• Design and architect scalable Salesforce Lightning solutions to address complex business requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing platforms
• Develop, customize, and optimize Salesforce Lightning components such as Lightning Pages, Lightning Flows, and Lightning Path to enhance user experience and streamline business processes
• Lead the implementation of Salesforce Lightning App Builder, delivering tailored applications and interfaces that improve productivity and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions within the Salesforce Lightning ecosystem
• Establish and enforce best practices for Salesforce Lightning development, deployment, and governance across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of advanced Lightning Reports & Dashboards, enabling actionable insights and performance tracking
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Lightning applications and integrations, proactively preventing future challenges
• Mentor and guide development teams on Salesforce Lightning architecture, promoting adherence to industry standards and organizational objectives
