Job Description

• Build, mobilise and lead the multidisciplinary EC R+I micro-team in line with confirmed project demand and the agreed recruitment plan.



Act as the principal day-to-day interface between ANZ R+I project and pursuit teams and the EC delivery organisation.
• Convert pipeline visibility into practical workforce plans, recruitment priorities, onboarding actions and succession plans. Coordinate EC input to pursuits, mobilisation planning, estimates, delivery strategies and workshare commitments.
• Maintain oversight of team utilisation, workload balance, forecast demand, delivery performance and cost effectiveness.
• Establish transparent ownership, hand-offs, communication routines and escalation paths across international teams and time zones. Work with discipline leaders to maintain technical quality, checking, safety-in-design, risk management and project governance.
• Coach and develop team members, strengthen technical and project delivery capability, and create an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Identify delivery constraints early and agree corrective actions with the relevant EC and regional leaders. Drive standard
