Work you'll do
As an Active Directory AM on the Active Directory Services (ADS), you will be responsible for…
• Administering and maintaining Active Directory (AD) services, including domain controllers, Group Policy objects, directory topology, replication, Global Catalog servers, security configuration, and schema changes.
• Managing account lifecycle activities for user, service, generic, and vendor accounts through Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.




• Supporting and troubleshooting internal and external Domain Name System (DNS) services, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) architecture and scopes, Kerberos, Windows authentication, authorization, and directory-service standards.
• Resolving AD incidents, service requests, break-fix issues, and recurring problems; creating and maintaining technical documentation, standard operating procedures, knowledge-base articles, and operational runbooks.
• Developing and testing disaster recovery procedures for AD, DNS, MIM, and Network Policy Server (NPS).
• Partnering with infrastructure teams, application owners, and vendors on infrastructure design, supported-version management, major-incident response, and continual service improvement; participating in the ADS on-call rotation outside normal working hours and providing guidance to junior team members.
