Your Role

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in creative production, content operations, studio delivery, localisation or integrated marketing asset development within CPG / FMCG or a comparable regulated consumer environment.

• Proven capability to produce and adapt multi-format content across digital, social, CRM, eCommerce, retail, POS, experiential, traditional and OOH channels.

• Strong working knowledge of creative briefing, production workflows, agency coordination, DAM, metadata, rights, version control, localisation and content lifecycle governance.

• Demonstrated judgement in brand consistency, legal and regulatory compliance, quality assurance and performance-led content refinement.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Strong creative judgement with disciplined attention to detail and production quality.

• Ability to translate briefs and brand standards into transparent, usable and channel-ready content.

• Structured management of multiple asset workstreams, review cycles, dependencies and deadlines.

• Collaborative working style across brands,
