As the Sales Strategy & Operations Manager, you will serve as the primary sales strategy business partner to sales leadership. You will own the annual planning process and the operational rhythm of the business,



translating complex data into transparent narratives that drive revenue growth. In this role, you will lead Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, territory planning, and account segmentation to ensure coverage models are optimized for peak productivity. You will conduct deep-dive data analyses to uncover patterns, identify performance gaps, and collaborate directly with First-Line and Second-Line Sales Leaders.

Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to sales managers and executive leadership, steering weekly, monthly, and quarterly business rhythms with data-led insights.

Objective Decision-Making: Deliver actionable analytics that highlight key growth patterns, address performance gaps, and foster objective, data-backed strategic conversations.
