• Review the Insurance Premium tax and Withholding Tax Returns, support the team members in query resolution.

• Review of monthly, quarterly and annual tax estimates, municipal returns, GFA & business licenses

• Review of monthly account reconciliations.

• Assist team to perform Research on the open items and resolve them in timely manner.

• Assist team to prepare internal reports, perform Audits and report deficiencies to onshore team.

• Support to onshore team with tax audits as they arise

• Reporting team’s performance, escalation handling, clarifying concerns and seeking feedback and support.

• Co-ordinate with Onshore partners for training, resolving complex issues, seeking advice etc.

• AM/LAM for the purpose of reporting performance, escalation handling, clarifying concerns, and seeking feedback and support.

• Team members for the purpose of seeking co-operation & clarification on process-related matters & providing assistance and support when required

• Client trainers, SMEs and Operations for the purpose of developing and updating training curriculum, provide feedback on training and discussing specific action plans.

• Escalation teams at the client end for the purpose of seeking clarifications & answering queries.
