Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and provide accurate, friendly assistance to customers.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Document and update customer records and interactions in our database systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer support experience.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
