AI/ML Lead Engineer (6-9 Years Experience)

Role Overview
Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions on AWS, with a robust focus on AML (Anti-Money Laundering), Fraud Detection, and Agentic AI capabilities. Drive end-to-end delivery of intelligent systems, from business problem identification through production deployment and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions on AWS

Experience in AML and Fraud typologies

Experience creating and executing simulation models.

Build predictive, classification, recommendation, forecasting, and optimization models.

Develop scalable ML pipelines for data ingestion, feature engineering, training, deployment, and monitoring.





Drive end-to-end AI project delivery from discovery through production deployment

Design and implement autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, memory management, and tool orchestration.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and product teams to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.

Build multi-agent systems for workflow automation and intelligent decision support.

Develop AI workloads using:
- AWS SageMaker
- Amazon Bedrock
- AWS Lambda

Implement model monitoring, drift detection, retraining, and governance frameworks.
