Role Summary
The Information Security Training Developer – Instructional Design is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining engaging, scalable, and measurable information security training experiences. This role focuses heavily on eLearning, web-delivered learning, and digital design, translating security and compliance requirements into learner-centered courses, microlearning, and performance support assets.
You will partner closely with Security, GRC, IT, Legal, HR, and Corporate Communications to develop training that is usable, accessible, and effective – driving security awareness, policy adoption, and behavior change across the enterprise. This role blends instructional design rigor with hands-on digital production.
What You’ll Do
Instructional Design & Content Development (≈55%)
• Design end-to-end learning solutions using instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, or similar).




• Develop interactive eLearning courses using LMS developer tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate, etc.)
• Create microlearning, knowledge checks, simulations, and scenario-based learning for security topics (e.g., phishing, data handling, access control).
• Translate complex information security concepts into clear, role-based, learner-friendly content.
• Apply learning science, UX, and visual design principles to improve comprehension and retention.
• Ensure all learning assets align with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
LMS & Digital Delivery (≈25%)
• Package, test, and deploy courses to enterprise LMS platforms.
• Manage course structures, assignments, completion rules, evaluations, and content updates.
• Collaborate with LMS administrators to troubleshoot course behavior, reporting, and learner issues.
• Optimize content for web and mobile deli
