This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Account Executive based in India.

This is a fully remote sales role focused on helping small and medium-sized home inspection businesses grow through purpose-built software solutions.
You’ll manage sales opportunities from discovery through product demonstration, negotiation, and close.
The role combines inbound prospect management with proactive outbound prospecting and follow-up.
You’ll build strong relationships with business owners by understanding their needs and recommending relevant solutions.
Success requires consultative selling, explicit communication, strong product knowledge, and consistent pipeline management.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Analytics, and Operations in a fast-paced environment.
The position requires full overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours and includes a night-shift allowance.

Accountabilities

Manage sales opportunities from initial discovery through product demonstrations, follow-up, negotiation, and close.

Conduct outbound prospecting and follow up on inbound and BDR-generated opportunities to create and advance qualified pipeline.

Understand customer businesses, challenges, and goals, then recommend software solutions aligned with their specific needs.

Deliver live, consultative product demonstrations via screenshare, tailoring presentations and workflows to each prospect.

Clearly communicate product capabilities, value, and relevant use cases while building trust with prospective customers.

•
Develop strong knowledge of home inspection software, industry needs, competitive solutions, and available products and services.

•
Identify appropriate opportunities to upsell additional products and services based on customer requirements.

•
Maintain accurate chance activity, deal notes, pipeline information, and forecasts in Salesforce.
