JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Summary:

Responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling, and reporting all project activities related to pharmaceutical facility expansion, modernization, utility systems, manufacturing areas, laboratories, warehouses, and infrastructure projects. Ensure projects are completed safely, within budget, on schedule,



and in compliance with GMP, regulatory, and company standards.

Experience:

• 5 to 7 Years of experience in relevant field in Pharmaceutical Industry

• Experiences on Primavera platform & MS Projects

• Excellent communication skills, strong collaborator, problem solving, interdepartmental coordination, team leadership.

Education: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical (preferred)/ Electrical

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning

• Develop comprehensive project execution plans for Greenfield and Brownfield projects.

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.

• Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, qualification, and validation activities.

• Establish project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent planning tools.

• Coordinate with stakeholders for project requirements and resource planning.
