APEX NOC (Network Operation Center) is the central command and control tower for 'Quick Commerce Execution' across Amazon's ultra-fast delivery network. It ensures the hassle-free, on-time flow of inventory across all hops — from hubs to Micro-Fulfillment Centers (MFCs) and onward to the customer. In case of any exceptions, the NOC steps in to resolve the issue in real time and keeps all stakeholders informed on the proceedings. Along with this tactical problem-solving,



the NOC is charged with understanding trends in network exceptions and then automating processes or proposing process changes to streamline hyperlocal operations — work that involves live network monitoring and significant analysis of high-velocity delivery data.

Key job responsibilities
This role sits at the heart of Central Flow for Quick Commerce, owning end-to-end network flow health across all hops — from hubs into MFCs and every flow in between. As the network's flow steward, the incumbent will:

Identify egregious metrics in real time — spotting flow disruptors, bottlenecks, and exceptions before they cascade.
Coordinate actions across teams — mobilizing operations, tech, program, and field teams to keep the network in flow when disruptions hit.
