Job Purpose
To manage and oversee regulatory reporting activities for the bank for UAE / overseas branch jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and compliance with applicable regulatory standards. The role is responsible for maintaining a strong control environment around regulatory submissions, driving issue resolution, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting strategic regulatory and reporting initiatives. The role also supports automation, digitization, data transformation, and AI-enabled initiatives aimed at enhancing reporting efficiency, scalability, data quality, and governance across the regulatory reporting function.
Key Result Areas
Manage preparation, review, and submission of regulatory reports for UAE / overseas branches / SCA / DFSA / Subsidiaries / Islamic banking within prescribed timelines, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Manage reporting related to Basel regulatory requirements including Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR),



Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), Leverage Ratio, large exposure reporting, and other prudential and statistical returns.
Ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.
Maintain a strong control environment around regulatory reporting processes, including reconciliations, validations, data quality checks, governance controls, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with Finance, Risk, Treasury, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and overseas branch teams to ensure integrity and consistency of regulatory reporting data.
Monitor and assess impact of current regulatory requirements, business changes, and financial transactions on regulatory reporting obligations.
Drive timely resolution of reporting issues, reconciliation breaks, data inconsistencies, regulatory queries, and audit observations.
