Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Global Head of People Operations, you will serve as the primary People Operations partner for Springboard’s India entity. In this high-visibility role, you will bridge global HR strategy with local execution, managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring operational alignment across global teams, and driving a seamless employee experience
