What You’ll Do:
We are seeking an experienced AEM Website Developer to support the development and implementation of digital consumer experiences leveraging Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This includes building and integrating AEM components, ensuring smooth deployments, and providing documentation and knowledge transfer to client personnel.



The resource will report to the AEM Technical Architect. shall manage workforce planning and provide direction to the AEM developer. The resource will follow an eight (8) hour work schedule which will align with ’s normal business operating hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm ET.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:• Design and implement scalable AEM solutions that align with the digital strategy and student experience goals.
• Translate business and stakeholder requirements into technical specifications using AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms.
• Develop custom, reusable components, templates, workflows, and integrations using HTL, Java, OSGi, Sling Models, and up-to-date frontend technologies (React preferred).
• Manage CI/CD pipelines through Cloud Manager, perform code reviews, testing, and deployments in immutable environments.
• Optimize platform performance, including caching strategies, Dispatcher
