About Logbase
Logbase builds a suite of apps that help Shopify merchants increase average order value and solve complex logistics problems. We serve 75,000+ merchants and are one of the fastest-growing companies in this space. We are moving upmarket toward larger Shopify Plus and Advanced merchants, and content is a big part of how those merchants find us, trust us and choose us.

The role
We are looking for a Content Lead to own the content engine end to end. That means content at every stage of the funnel, from website and landing pages and blogs that bring in merchants, to customer showcases that help larger merchants decide, to ebooks and whitepapers that go deeper. You will anchor the existing team, lead them to their success, and expand the team as needed with hiring or working with external flex teams, and report on what the content is actually delivering.

What you will do
• Run the content engine. Plan, produce and publish a steady mix of website and landing pages, blogs, customer showcases and case studies, ebooks and whitepapers,

with a explicit view of which piece serves which stage of the funnel.
• Lead the team. Manage content creators and freelance writers, set quality standards, review work and keep the calendar on track.
• Scale with agencies. Brief, manage and evaluate external content agencies so that volume grows without quality slipping.
• Own the numbers. Track performance for every content type, work out what is working and what is not, and share clear metrics and recommendations with management on a regular cadence.
• Work across marketing. Partner with Product Marketing on case studies and feature content, and with the wider team so content reflects how merchants actually talk about their problems.
• Keep improving. Use data to decide what to make more of, what to fix and what to stop.

What you bring
• 5 to 7 years of experience in content operations.
• Demonstrated experience running a content engine that produces a variety of formats across
