We’re looking for an Operations Executive to join Envelop and work closely across projects, events and new business.
What you’ll do:
• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple projects
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams and external partners
• Track timelines, deliverables and follow-ups
• Support event planning and on-ground execution
• Assist with pitches, proposals and presentations
• Travel frequently for projects, meetings and events
• Take ownership and ensure things get done
What we’re looking for:
• Organised, proactive and quick on your feet
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a quick-moving environment
• Open to frequent travel
