Role Description The Lead Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. This role oversees the end-to-end design process, from concept development and schematic design to detailed drawings and coordination during execution. The Lead Architect will guide project teams, review design proposals, and ensure that architectural solutions meet client requirements, building codes, and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing and reviewing drawings and documentation,



coordinating with consultants and contractors, and managing timelines and deliverables. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, supporting project planning, and contributing to studio-wide design standards and best practices.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including concept development, space planning, detailing, and documentation.
• Candidates should possess skills where relevant to architectural workflows, such as integrating digital tools, BIM platforms, or custom solutions into design processes.
