About the Role
We are looking for 2 Junior Operations Interns to join our Operations team and gain practical experience in managing large-scale events and exhibitions.
You will work closely with the Operations team and support day-to-day event-related activities. The role will provide hands-on exposure to event planning, coordination, logistics, and on-ground execution, with an prospect to grow into an Event Executive – Operations role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the Operations team with day-to-day event activities, including event preparation, coordination, and on-ground execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Production, Venue) and external stakeholders (vendors, contractors, exhibitors) to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Assist with venue setup, branding, signage,



and other logistical requirements during event build-up and execution.
• Track production progress and follow up with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain event trackers, checklists, documentation, and timelines throughout the event lifecycle.
• Provide on-ground support to exhibitors and visitors for basic operational needs.
• Identify and resolve routine operational issues under the guidance of the Operations team.
• Travel to event venues across different cities as and when required.
• Own assigned tasks end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Support post-event closure activities, including tracking of pending actions.
