What you’ll be responsible for:
1-) Solving Sales Design Challenges
• Understand the sales engine end-to-end — people, processes, technology, incentives and operating rhythms.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies that are limiting sales productivity or growth.
• Understand how sales teams operate on the ground and translate those observations into scalable solutions.
• Build frameworks, processes and systems that make sales execution more predictable.
