Role Description This is a full-time,



on-site Admissions Counselor role based at the Narayana Business School campus in Ahmedabad. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective learners through the entire admissions journey, including responding to inquiries, explaining programs and eligibility criteria, and supporting learners with application, documentation, and entrance test processes. The role involves conducting campus tours, organizing and participating in outreach events, webinars, and counseling sessions, and maintaining accurate records in digital and AI-enabled admissions systems. The counselor will collaborate with faculty and other administrative teams to align admissions communication with institutional goals, contribute to enrollment targets, and ensure an engaging and respectful experience for all applicants. The role also includes regular follow-ups with prospective learners, assisting with financial aid-related queries, and supporting candidates during interview
