Role Description The Assistant Export Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghazibad UP, responsible for supporting and coordinating the company’s export operations. This role involves managing export documentation, tracking shipments, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customer requirements. The Assistant Export Manager will communicate with international clients and agents, assist in negotiating orders, and support sales activities in overseas markets. Day-to-day tasks include preparing export orders, coordinating with production and logistics teams, maintaining records, and providing regular status updates to senior management. The position also requires monitoring market trends, supporting business planning efforts, and helping identify opportunities for growth in international markets.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of export procedures and regulations, including documentation and logistics for international shipments.




• Skills in business planning and basic commercial analysis to support forecasting, pricing, and market strategy.
• Understanding of international business and international trade practices, with the ability to work effectively across cultures.
• Sales skills, including client communication, order follow-up, and support for international sales activities.
• Relevant experience in export operations, preferably in fashion, jewelry, textiles, or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or export management software.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
