About the RoleCyber Octet Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Relationship Executive to manage student communication, inquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and ongoing student relationships.

The role involves connecting with students after inquiries, explaining courses, fees, USPs, and the admission process, following up for admissions and pending payments, and providing regular updates throughout their learning journey.

The candidate will also coordinate with trainers and internal teams regarding student requirements, track student engagement, attendance, progress, and concerns, resolve queries, and maintain a positive relationship with students until the placement/job assistance stage.

Additionally, the candidate will provide basic support to the Digital Marketing team in social media activities, including content scheduling, posting, and coordination for reels, posts, and other social media activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a willingness to learn and grow with the organization.
