We are hiring for an established and growing industrial clean-tech company, working with leading industrial organizations across sectors , specializes in lubrication reliability, oil condition monitoring, on-site oil reconditioning and total lubricant management, and is now strengthening its marketing function and B2B demand-generation capabilities.

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive B2B marketing, demand generation, digital campaigns, content, brand building and sales enablement.
The role will work closely with sales and senior management to generate qualified leads and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B marketing and demand-generation strategies.
• Drive lead generation through SEO, LinkedIn, Google Ads and email marketing.
• Manage content, campaigns, brand communication and marketing collateral.
• Work with sales to improve lead quality, funnel movement and pipeline contribution.
• Support events, exhibitions, PR and product/service launches.
• Manage CRM data,



campaign performance and marketing analytics.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and external partners.
• Contribute to strengthening and scaling the overall marketing function.

Ideal Candidate

• 5-8 years of relevant B2B marketing experience.
• with at least 3 yrs in industrial, manufacturing, engineering services, energy or cleantech.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, Paid Ads (LinkedIn, Google Ads), Email Marketing and Analytics.
• Working knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects.
• Strong understanding of demand generation, lead funnels and B2B marketing.
• Valuable content, communication and campaign management skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical/complex products effectively.
• Strong analytical and execution-oriented approach.
• Experience managing agencies, freelancers or a small team will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits and industry events.
