Role Description The Associate – Founder’s Office is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position supports the founders in strategic planning, project execution, and cross-functional coordination across ETPL’s AdTech, EdTech, SaaS ERP, and FinTech initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and business research, preparing presentations and reports, tracking key metrics, and helping drive special projects and experiments. The role involves collaborating with product, technology,



finance, and operations teams to ensure initiatives are aligned with company goals and delivered on time. The Associate will also assist in stakeholder communication, meeting preparation, and follow-up to maintain momentum on critical decisions and action items.

• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in business communication, including preparing clear presentations, reports, and executive summaries.
• Solid understanding of technology-driven businesses; exposure to AdTech, EdTech, SaaS, or FinTech is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
