Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketing Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Telemarketing Specialist will engage potential and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls to promote property options and generate qualified leads for the sales team. Daily responsibilities include explaining property features, answering queries, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available flats, villas, and plots,



and accurately recording customer information in CRM or call logs. The role also involves following up on interested prospects, coordinating with the field sales team for site visits, and providing courteous customer support to enhance client satisfaction. The Telemarketing Specialist will work closely with sales and marketing colleagues to meet lead generation targets and support overall business growth.
Qualifications

• Solid Lead Generation skills with the ability to identify prospects, qualify inquiries, and convert calls into sales opportunities.
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support, including handling questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining a professional, respectful tone.
