Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time role responsible for overseeing sales performance and growth for designated cult fit centers in Kochi, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. In this role, the individual manages and supports center-level sales teams, sets and tracks revenue targets, and drives membership acquisition and retention across the assigned area.



The Area Sales Manager monitors daily sales metrics, reviews funnel performance, and implements local marketing and promotional initiatives to meet business objectives. They regularly visit centers to coach teams, ensure consistent customer experience, and maintain alignment with brand standards, while using data and reports to plan interventions and optimize performance. This role collaborates closely with regional operations, marketing, and customer support teams to execute area-level strategies and respond to market trends.
