Candidate Requirements
• Prior hands-on experience in PPC Travel Process
• Experience handling Cruise bookings/calls
• Hands-on experience with Booking.com
• Hands-on experience with Expedia
• Experience handling Airline-related calls and bookings
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
• Strong knowledge of travel processes, bookings, and customer queries
• Candidates with relevant travel-process experience will be prioritized
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates who have directly worked in a PPC travel environment and have handled Cruise, Booking.com, Expedia, and Airline processes will be given preference.
