THE ROLE

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive – Loyalty Programs who can take end-to-end ownership of client relationships and program success.
This is not a conventional account-management role. You will work at the intersection of client, business, technology, data, and operations, helping clients design, execute, and continuously improve technology-led loyalty programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client & Account Management




• Own day-to-day client relationships and become a trusted business partner.
• Understand client objectives, business challenges and channel ecosystems.
• Lead client reviews, discussions, presentations, and program performance conversations.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improving engagement and client value.

Loyalty Program Management
• Manage end-to-end execution of loyalty and incentive programs.
• Understand and manage earning, redemption, tiers, campaigns, eligibility, rewards and engagement journeys.
• Coordinate program launches, campaigns, enhancements and ongoing operations.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks and drive corrective actions.

Technology & Solutioning
• Work closely with Product, Technology and Operations teams to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Understand platform capabilities, workflows, dashboards, integrations and product enhancements.
