Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter
Experience: 5 - 8 Years
Location: Remote (Must work in US EST / CST Hours)
End-to-End Recruitment

Required Skills & Qualifications
5-8 years of proven experience as US IT Recruiter.
Expertise in US Tax Terms - W2, C2C, 1099, Corp-to-Corp.
Experience hiring for technologies: Java, .Net, Python, Data Engineering, Cloud (AWS/Azure), DevOps, Salesforce, QA, UI/UX.
Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS.
Solid knowledge of US Visas - H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a remote setup.

Must be available to work in US EST Night Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST).
