Y-Axis is the world's leading overseas career and immigration consultancy, with 50+ offices and 1M+ clients served. Our Recruitment Management Services (RMS) business is growing into an offshore delivery and talent engine for staffing firms worldwide, starting with Europe.

We're hiring a Lead – Partnerships & Business Development to build that engine. The job isn't to open offices or hire teams abroad. It's to build a network of staffing agencies, recruiters and freelance partners, starting in Germany and the wider EU and then expanding into other international markets. You'll turn their hiring demand into placements delivered from India.

This is a 0→1 leadership role reporting to senior leadership. You'll own the partner network, the commercials and the revenue.

What you will own
• Partnership expansion: identify and onboard staffing agencies across Germany and the EU first, then other global markets; build recruiter and freelancer networks for faster deal flow
• Positioning:



present Y-Axis as an offshore staffing partner, not a competitor
• Commercials: structure partnership agreements (revenue share, delivery models), negotiate terms and protect margins
• Partner growth: manage key accounts and drive repeat business, renewals and upsell
• Delivery alignment: work with internal recruitment teams on turnaround time, candidate quality and closure ratios, matched to each market's requirements
• Insights: build dashboards for pipeline, conversion, fill rates and margins, and scale what works
• Risk and compliance: define candidate and client ownership terms, manage payment cycles and contract risk, and stay current on EU and international hiring regulations

What you bring
• 8+ years in staffing, recruitment or RPO
• Strong B2B sales or partnerships experience, ideally with staffing agencies or aggregator models
• International market exposure; EU (especially Germany) solid
