About ProhealthProhealth Asia Physiotherapy & Rehab Centre is a premium physiotherapy and rehabilitation group with an established presence in India and Asia. We are expanding our services across physiotherapy, rehabilitation, women's health, senior care, sports physiotherapy, home care and wellness.
We are looking for a commercially driven, energetic and relationship-oriented Growth & Business Development Manager to help take Prohealth to the next stage of growth.
This is not a traditional social media marketing role.
We are looking for someone who can go out into the market, build relationships, identify opportunities and convert them into meaningful business for Prohealth.
What you will do1. Healthcare Business Development
• Build relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics and healthcare professionals.
• Develop referral relationships with orthopaedic, neurological, sports medicine, spine, gynae, internal medicine and other relevant specialists.




• Identify new healthcare partnerships and referral opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow-up with existing referral partners.

2. Partnerships & New Business
• Identify opportunities with corporates, gyms, fitness studios, sports clubs, RWAs, schools and community organisations.
• Develop and execute partnership programmes.
• Identify new opportunities for Prohealth's physiotherapy, rehabilitation, women's health, senior care, home physiotherapy and sports services.
• Support expansion into recent locations and markets.

3. On-Ground Marketing
• Plan and execute health talks, screening camps, workshops and community outreach initiatives.
• Develop local awareness and referral networks around Prohealth centres.
• Identify opportunities for events and collaborations that can generate patient enquiries and referrals.
