Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Payable Clerk role based in Kurnool. The Accounts Payable Clerk will process vendor invoices, verify billing details, and ensure timely and accurate payments. The role includes matching purchase orders with invoices, updating and maintaining accounting records, and reconciling accounts payable transactions. The clerk will communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support monthly and year-end closing activities.



The position also involves preparing basic reports, following company compliance procedures, and supporting the finance team with other routine accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to understand basic financial principles.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and systems used for invoicing and payment processing.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with Invoicing workflows, including invoice verification and reconciliation.
• Effective Communication skills for working with vendors and cross-functional internal teams.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Kurnool and manage time effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
• Prior experience in accounts payable or general accounting is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Ad
