Job Description
• Design, develop, modify, and implement Salesforce applications.
• Develop and maintain solutions using Salesforce CRM, Apex, and LWC.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Design, develop, test, debug, and implement complex Salesforce solutions.
• Follow Salesforce development standards, architecture, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide support/training to users and team members.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and architecture teams to ensure applications meet service-level requirements.
• Communicate project status, issues, and timelines with leadership and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain reports for different executive stakeholders.




• Proactively understand business needs and deliver solutions aligned with business outcomes.

Required Skills
• 5+ years of Salesforce CRM experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Development
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce application development and customization
• Requirement analysis and solution design
• Solid communication and stakeholder management
• Experience with executive-level reporting
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
