Role Description The Land Acquisition Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun, responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing land parcels for current and future real estate projects. Day-to-day tasks include conducting feasibility studies, performing market and site due diligence, and coordinating with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure clean titles and viable acquisitions. The role involves negotiating with landowners and stakeholders, preparing financial and commercial proposals,



and maintaining documentation related to land transactions. The Land Acquisition Manager will also cultivate local networks, monitor regulatory changes, and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic expansion.
