• Demonstrate therapeutic communication and effective nurse-patient interaction.
• Guide students in developing therapeutic relationships and nursing care plans.
• Teach psychiatric emergency care, crisis intervention, and patient-safety principles.
• Provide guidance on medication-related nursing care and observation of treatment responses.
• Teach rehabilitation, community mental health, and psychosocial support principles.
• Supervise student clinical projects, fieldwork, dissertations, internships, and research activities.
• Conduct examinations, practical assessments, and viva sessions.




• Mentor students and provide academic and qualified guidance.
• Participate in curriculum planning and academic development.
• Conduct research and contribute to publications, seminars, and conferences.
