About Zypp Electric
Zypp Electric is building the future of sustainable last-mile delivery in India through EVs, technology and a large network of delivery partners. We are looking for a 360° Content Creator / Video Storyteller who can turn the real world around Zypp into compelling content. This isn't a desk-only content role. You'll be out on the ground meeting delivery partners, discovering human stories, shooting content, interviewing people, creating corporate films, editing videos and experimenting with formats that can generate organic reach, engagement and leads.

What You'll Do
1. Own End-to-End Video Content • Conceptualise, script, shoot and edit videos from start to finish. • Create content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms. • Adapt the same story into multiple formats such as Reels, Shorts, Stories and long-form videos. • Create content for awareness, engagement, employer branding, partner acquisition and lead generation.
2. Tell Real Human Stories • Go on-ground and identify engaging stories among Zypp's delivery partners.

• Interview riders and understand their journeys, ambitions, challenges and transformation. • Create authentic stories around how EVs and Zypp have impacted their livelihoods and lives. • Find the human emotion behind the numbers and turn it into engaging storytelling. • Build recurring content franchises around delivery partners, their families, earnings journeys, aspirations and everyday lives.
3. Shoot On-Ground Content • Independently handle shoots using cameras, smartphones, microphones and basic lighting equipment. • Capture interviews, B-roll, candid moments and real-world action. • Be comfortable travelling to delivery hubs, partner locations and other on-ground environments. • Plan and execute small and medium-scale shoots independently.
4. Corporate & Brand Content • Shoot and edit corporate videos, leadership videos, employee stories, office content, events and internal communication videos. •
