Role Description The Human Resources Intern at SEOAK will support daily HR operations and contribute to creating a positive, inclusive workplace. This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad involves assisting with recruitment activities, such as screening resumes, coordinating interviews,



and maintaining candidate records. The intern will help with onboarding processes, document preparation, and maintaining employee files in accordance with company policies. Additional responsibilities include supporting HR policy implementation, helping manage employee queries related to benefits and leave, and assisting in organizing training sessions or employee engagement activities. The role also requires preparing basic HR reports, updating internal databases, and collaborating with HR team members on ongoing initiatives and projects.
Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing a career in HR.
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Perks, and the ability to support their implementation and communication.
• Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records and handling routine HR documentation.
