Role Description The Unit Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The Unit Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve business targets for life insurance products, including customer acquisition, policy servicing, and portfolio growth.



Day-to-day activities include guiding team members on sales processes, monitoring performance, conducting regular reviews, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves building and maintaining solid customer relationships, providing financial needs-based recommendations, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless service experience. The Unit Manager is also expected to support training, coaching, and professional development for team members to enhance productivity and service quality.
