Role Description: The Sales and Service Engineer is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supporting customers across the South, North, and West zones through technical service, lead generation, and pre- and post-sales activities. Day-to-day tasks include installing, commissioning, and maintaining IVF and ART biomedical equipment at customer locations, diagnosing issues,



and performing repairs or adjustments to ensure optimal performance. The role involves providing field service visits, handling technical support queries, guiding users on the correct operation and basic maintenance of equipment, and identifying opportunities for new sales and service requirements. The engineer will also be responsible for generating and following up on sales and service leads through customer visits, market interactions, referrals, and other business development activities. The engineer collaborates closely with the sales team by conducting product demonstrations, supporting tenders or proposals, gathering customer feedback, and converting relevant leads into business opportunities.
