About Savorworks Coffee Chocolate:
Savorworks Coffee Chocolate is a growing company at the intersection of solid specialty coffee, award winning craft chocolate, and exceptional customer experiences across cafes. We are expanding and building the systems, team, and operations to support our next stage of growth.

The Chance:
• We’re looking for only a high-energy, sharp, and proactive Founder’s Associate to work closely with our Founder and Head of Operations.
• This is a hands-on, 360-degree role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, manages details exceptionally well, and turns ambiguity into action. You’ll help protect the Founder’s time, keep priorities moving, and support critical business and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: This is not primarily a secretary or calendar-management role. This role is designed to become the Founder’s support, working side by side with the Founder to help operate the business. You will learn the Founder’s thinking, decision-making principles, and operating criteria,

and gradually take ownership of decisions and execution.
• Work closely with the Founder on the day-to-day operation of the business, from routine priorities to urgent problem-solving.
• Act as the Founder’s representative when appropriate, ensuring decisions are communicated clearly and followed through.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for information flowing to and from the Founder, ensuring the right people receive the right context at the right time.
• Track important decisions, open loops, deadlines, and cross-functional actions until they are fully resolved.
• Handle small fires and operational issues on the Founder’s behalf, using judgment to resolve them directly or escalate them with the right context.
• Coordinate across teams, vendors, and partners, to keep execution moving.
• Own special projects and business initiatives from ambiguity to completion.
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and recurring problems, then help
