Primary Purpose
a) Achieve defined High-Research Microscope Solutions with Units target
b) Marketing strategies and actives in high end microscopy products and Solution
c) Grow the Evident market share in Semi-Conductor and High-end research product

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the sales and support of a select group of High-End Research Microscopes Systems as defined by MIS Management.
• Working closely with the general sales team in High-end system leads generation.
• Research and build relationships with new customers.
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
• Achieving defined sales target in High-end research microscope system.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system. Track and record activity on accounts




• KPI and Scorecard will be set yearly from the key responsibility above

Area of Accountability #2 (20% of time)
Key Responsibilities
Execute formal training program in conjunction with Sales Managers for the Sales team to ensure adequate knowledge of high-end research microscope products is achieved
• Support technical enquiries from customers when required
• Be first point of call for all enquiries from service department including warranty regarding high end research products.
• Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service for our customers. Gather data on competitor products and activities
• Build and continue relationships with key accounts in conjunction with Sales and sales managers.
• Manage activities within budget and planned schedule
• Working with Sales managers and sales specialist and lead the process in high products related tenders
• Prepare materials for recent product launches including file creat
