Role Description This full time Service manager role is an on-site position based in Surat.



A Service Manager facilitates the timely Assistant of projects through effective management of team members and work schedules. This role provides administrative leadership and strategic direction to specific Assistant team. Defines standards and best practices for Assistant model for integrated solutions. Leads training, development, and co-ordination of activities of project teams. Service Manager will also be responsible for competency development across team and sub stream, identify development/training needs of each individual in the team, derive/define KRA for team, KPI tracking and most important, ensures quality of Assistant. DM also involves in identify gaps / Design process for improvement and better collaboration.

Qualifications : BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering
