Hiring: Product Owner – Generative AI | Bangalore

We are looking for a Product Owner with hands-on experience building and launching GenAI/LLM-based products. This is not for candidates whose AI exposure is limited to using ChatGPT or Copilot for productivity.

Key Requirements
• 4+ years of overall experience
• 2–3 years of Product Owner experience
• Mandatory: 1+ year working on a GenAI/LLM product that reached pilot or production
• Strong Agile/Scrum and backlog ownership experience
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, Agents/Tool Calling and Fine-tuning basics
• Experience with conversational AI,



copilots or AI assistants
• Familiarity with SQL/data concepts and GenAI evaluation metrics
• Exposure to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock preferred

Key Responsibilities
• Own and prioritize the product backlog
• Drive GenAI features from POC/pilot to production
• Collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, Design and Business teams
• Define AI quality metrics including accuracy, relevance, hallucination rate, latency and cost
• Lead client demos and manage product expectations
• Monitor post-launch performance and drive continuous improvement
