About the role:
We are looking for a Brand Strategist who can translate brand and business objectives into compelling creator-led marketing strategies.
You will work closely with brands, creators, sales, campaign teams and internal stakeholders to understand the problem, build the right creator strategy, develop campaign narratives and ensure every recommendation is backed by audience and performance insights.

What you'll do:
• Understand brand objectives, target audiences, consumer insights and campaign goals.
• Develop end-to-end influencer and creator marketing strategies across Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Build campaign concepts,



creator narratives, content directions and strategic recommendations.
• Identify the right creator profiles based on audience fit, content relevance, brand alignment and campaign objectives.
• Develop pitch decks, campaign proposals and strategic presentations for brands.
• Use creator, audience and campaign data to strengthen recommendations and measure potential impact.
• Translate client briefs into explicit creator strategies and actionable campaign plans.
• Work with Sales and Account/Campaign teams to take strategies from pitch to execution.
• Track creator and category trends, competitor activity, cultural moments and emerging content formats.
• Present strategic thinking and recommendations confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Continuously refine campaign strategies based on performance data and learnings.
