Role Description The Guest Service Associate (Service) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role focuses on delivering attentive, efficient,



and courteous service to guests throughout their stay, including welcoming guests on arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out, and responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries. The Guest Service Associate will coordinate with reservations and front office teams to manage bookings, room allocations, and special requests, ensuring a seamless guest experience. Daily responsibilities include handling guest feedback, resolving service issues, providing accurate information about hotel facilities and local attractions, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest-facing areas.
