Position – Branch Manager
Location : GANDHIDHAM, GUJARAT

Responsible for overseeing the overall functioning of the branch, focusing on both air and sea cargo operations and sales. The role requires leadership in managing the team, ensuring operational excellence, achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and driving branch profitability.
Job responsibilities:
• Should be fully aware of all facets of the logistics industry
• Oversee day-to-day air and sea cargo operations, ensuring timely deliveries,
documentation, and compliance with international freight standards.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality benchmarks, and statutory regulations (customs
clearance,



etc.)
• Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
• Drive business growth by developing new clients and maintaining existing accounts.
• Set & monitor sales targets for team & ensure achievement thru structured plans.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new
opportunities.
• Conduct performance reviews, training sessions, and team-building activities.
• Handle escalations and provide prompt resolutions with minimum disruption to operations.
• Should be fluent in English & respective local language.
• Familiarity with basic budgeting and vendor management
• Positive communication and coordination ability
• Knowledge of Logy-sis or any accounting software.
